According to previous studies inour hospital, based on the fact that no significant differences in the fertilization rate by donated cryopreserved sperm was found between conventional IVF and ICSI, we recommended conventional insemination in clinical practice. Here carried out computer analysis of sperm characteristics (motility, VAP, VSL, ALF) and their impact on fertilization and embryo quality. The results show in a total of 109 groups of patients from 2004 to 2010, motility did not have much impact on fertilization and embryo quality was found, a better fertilization rate was found in spermswith VSL 16 ~ 20% (n = 36), while better fertilization rate and yield of embryos was found in sperms with ALF> 1.7 (n = 36).In summary, our results demonstrated donated cryopreserved sperms with higher VSL and ALH after thawing as better candidate for insemination for better fertilization rate and embryo development.
